Recently, the National Exchange Club Foundation introduced a unique and
fundraising project for the benefit of Exchange's Child Abuse Prevention efforts.
C. A. R. S. is a vehicle donation program designed to generate revenue for child
abuse prevention. Unwanted vehicles can be donated, with a portion of the sale or
auction price going to Exchange Club Child.
Abuse Prevention Centers. The donated vehicle is a charitable contribution
and eligible as a tax deduction for the donor. All the potential donor has to do is
call the toll-free number (1-888 GETMYCAR) and a representative will
make the arrangements to pick up the vehicle. The 888 number  belongs exclusively
to Exchange's Child Abuse Prevention efforts. The proceeds from auction or salvage
of the vehicle go (after expenses) to the child abuse prevention center nearest
the donor's call-in location.
